I Would Describe Myself As I'm a carefree person with energy to burn. I recently retired as an art therapist (sort of) working with a very special population of girls who have been emotionally and/or physically abused, involved in drug abuse, abandoned, or in trouble with the legal system.

I am a very caring, passionate, self-confident, creative, romantic, soft hearted, intelligent, independent woman with a lot of living to do with the right person. Animals are a very important part of my life too, and my ideal mate will love animals and nature. I enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family and an occasional formal affair. I'm creative and fun loving but will not settle for just a party boy. I'm looking for sincerity and integrity in a man. One who is responsible, financially and emotionally (available) stable, and has the utmost respect for others as well as himself, and family values.

I don't have children of my own, but I could grow to love yours as my own.

Now that I'm retired, my future will include adventure, travel, and an endless desire for learning. I have searched a long time for just the right man, who has a passion for loving and living. I would rather be alone than to settle for anything less.

My ideal match is handsome (not just on the outside but on the inside), self-confident (but not conceited), loves to travel, is fun loving, humorous, well educated and intelligent. He is active and nurtures his body and his soul. He is supportive and sensitive to his partner and her needs (it will be reciprocated).
