- Je me décrirais comme Oringinally from Denver, i've been out in the dirty San Fernando Valley for 4 1/2 years now... I've somehow managed to buy a house which has turned out to be a job in itself. I live in a 6 bedroom house and rent out 5 other bedrooms. Although the real estate market slow, I decided that I will stick it out and 2008 has treated me well. I also rent out two other homes. In my free time I usually just hit the beach or shove in a 3 day trip to Arizona, San Fran, San Diego and I have become tired of vegas. I love getting out in the sun and that was a major reason I decided to stick with real estate financing and not a corporate job. Although my life is busy, I can take off any day, any time for as long as I want, any time I want! (i just wont get paid) I like to keep active and have things to do. If I sit down and watch TV or movies, I feel like I'm missing out on something else... I hike, bike and love to swim, go to dodger games and if I won the lottery, I would pack up and want to live in as many countries as possible.

If you're not ready to call it a day, there's always dinner at the house and a winding down glass of cold white wine
