Mă descriu ca ABOUT ME:
I can be the life of the party, or hang back. I consider a good night out one where a terrific conversation has been had...I'm not much for small talk. I like relationships to mean something. I am used to being on my own and therefore have learned to take care of myself for about 20 years now. I don't think a man in my life means he should change my tire (I have AAA for that)...I believe he's the guy who should give me a back rub or listen to me when I have a story to tell and perhaps laugh at my jokes. I love to do things, try new places and have fun. I have elaborate theme parties. Cook amazing meals and would rather leave out a pair of extra shoes and instead put a bottle of champagne in my bag when I travel. (Oh, who am I kidding, there's room for both.) I rise early, but also can stay up late...but I have a pretty healthy life style. I love my house and making it nice. Don't let my age fool you. The calendar says one thing, but my attitude, disposition, appearance and joie de vivre say much younger.

I made an addition to my family in January when GInger, a 5 mo old standard poodle came to live with me. (She's now 1 year old)

O prima întâlnire perfectă ar fi Going somewhere and DOING something more than just dinner and drinks if possible. Like a game of golf, or roller blading or biking. Or a destination an hour away with more to do than just eat. I also think a learning opportunity would be a fun first date, like a cooking or dancing class.
Întotdeauna am vrut să încerc Living in a foreign country for an extended period of time. Preferably France or Italy. I would also like to live more simply in this fantasy of mine. I've wanted to throw caution to the wind and take chances I would not ordinarily take.

Distracția pentru mine este Where to start! I love to travel and have been quite a few places. I really love to explore where the tourists don't go. I love cooking and combine cooking, travel and exercise looking for opportunties for those things or cooking/exercise trips. I enjoy friends and a good happy hour. Great conversation and connecting with people. I like biking, spending time with my dog (she's an agility athlete), going on my boat, nature, Lake Michigan.

My perfect match would be a guy who is enthusiastic about life, the things around him, himself, me, and all he encounters. I want to find someone who loves to try new places and things. Who has developed a taste for fine champagne even if it has to be consumed from a paper cup at an impromptu picnic. You would dislike chain restaurants but in a pinch would go to Applebees out of convenience, but really would prefer Tuscan or Tre Cugini, Leos or Bar Divani. I am a pretty headstrong gal, with a big independent streak, so I need a guy who can alternately appreciate that and tease me down a notch when necessary. I am really looking for a companion to do things with. The guy I see myself with is thoughtful, financially successful, likes to talk and isn't afraid to feel. I do not need a man to take care of me, but wouldn't mind finding a guy who feels a little protective, nonetheless. I don't think we need to have all the same interests, but it would be nice if we share some..
