It'sI love living in New York City, love my kids, dogs and antiquities from the levant. I like being involved in a middle east think tank, a political candidate I feel particularly strong about. I really don't like civic ignorance or the process of divorce. ummm.... I can speak tiny bits of Hebrew and Arabic, I call it Hebric or Aribrew. What I don't know trying to speak one, I will fill in with the other and with English.... No one understands me, except the immigration officers at boarder crossings, who find me stupid or suspicious and eventually both. Roman era history and current American history (from WW2 on) are my favorite interests.
My favorite quote given the national discord and current climate in the US is from the very republican and all-american movie star John Wayne;
"I didn't vote for him but he's my president and I hope he does a good job."
He was referring to the 1960 election of JFK... We need to get with the program people! Whatever your flavor, . need to work with what we have, and what conditions on the ground are currently. name calling, accusations and focus about everything but a persons skill set for a job, is a sad commentary on us. - Underskriv Gemini
